She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Newberry and Juanita Pruitt Newberry; her husband James Boyd; her son Jeff Boyd; her siblings, Virginia Lee Newberry, Jettie Newberry, Pearl Newberry, Carol Vance, Elaine Propst and Herbert Newberry; and her great grandchild Gracie Gagnon.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Boyd (Daphene) of Bristol, TN, Bobby Boyd (Marie) of Richlands, VA and Angel Boyd of Thomasville, NC; her daughter-in-law Missy Boyd of Thomasville, NC; and her sister Nellie Zahradnik of Murfreesboro, TN. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
