He was predeceased by : his parents, Morris Sisk and Ethel Elkins Sisk; his children, Tammy Breeding and Ricky Sisk; and his siblings, Linda Boyd, Geneva Byrd, Billy Sisk, J. C. Sisk and Jim Sisk.

He is survived by : his wife Margie Cole Sisk; his daughter Debbie Clifton (Billy) of Clifton Fork, VA; his grandchildren, Nicholas Breeding, Ally Goodman of Reston, VA, Chris Clifton (Rachael) of Rowe, VA, Chad Clifton (Becky) of Cedar Bluff, VA and Cody Sisk of Richlands, VA; and his great grandchildren, Ricky Sisk, Brooke Clifton, Stacy Clifton, Kady Clifton, Zander Clifton and Kanan Clifton.
