It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Bailey of Cedar Bluff, Virginia, born in Richlands, Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Bandy Bailey, Sr. and Winnie Orr Bailey; and her siblings, Jean Walk (Donald), Peggy Rusek (Joe) and James B. "Jimmy" Bailey, Jr. (Ellen).

She is survived by : her sister Nancy Ratliff (James). She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
