He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Rose; his daughter Denise Rose (Sarah) of Marion, VA; his stepdaughter Shelia Whitt of Windsor, VA; his siblings, Mike Rose (Shelia) of Ellicott, MD and Anita Cantrell (Lester) of Shelby Gap, KY; his grandchildren, Troy Lee Stanford and Laken Carver; and his great grandchildren, Ariah Batten and A'Mari Batten. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
