She was predeceased by: her parents, Oveal Meadows and Hettie Catherine Horn Meadows; her husband Donald Gene Hale; her grandsons, Craig Anthony Nuckles and Trevor Wayne Nuckles; her siblings, Mabel Blankenship, Oakley Keen, Wilma "Sue" Potter, Dalford Meadows, Tivis Meadows and Edward Meadows; her daughters, Debbie Jean Lowe (Greg) of Mavisdale, Virginia and Karen Sue Nuckles (Anthony) of Mavisdale, Virginia; and her sister-in-law Kathy Hinkle (Jerry) of Page, Virginia..
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tiffany Lowe, Kelli Jo Nuckles, Tyler Lowe (Jordan), Mariah Harman (J. T.) and Kayla Ratliff; and her pet Tucker. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and one great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Freedom Ministries Church (227 Wellness Dr, Cedar Bluff, VA 24609). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
