He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Phillips; his children, Luke Phillips (Emily) and Olivia Phillips (Tyler Starnes); his grandchildren, Kohen Phillips and Kollyn Phillips; his siblings, Jimmy Phillips, Jane Langston, Benny Phillips and Sara Bobo; his pet Lola Belle Phillips; his close friend Bob Moir; and his family, Mark Singleton, Tom Crigger, Lee Dye, Andy Simmons, Jeff Hurst, Blake Thompson, Glayde Brown, Mark Blevins, Joel Horn, Barry Absher, Rob Iden, Mike Webb, Jody Jessee, Bobby Thompson, Thomas Hutchins, Howard Mayo and Patrick Wade.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions can be made to the Richlands High School Boys and Girls Basketball Teams in honor of Fred Phillips whose love and support for the students and the game meant so much to him.
