She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Shinall, Sr. and Helen I. Sargent Shinall of Richlands, VA.; her husband Winston Fouch; her stepdaughter Angela Fouch McKinney; and her siblings, Kimberly Shinall, Christina Shinall and Charles "Chuck" Shinall.
She is survived by: her children, James Fouch, Tara Davis (Kendall), Te'Anna Laney (Vannie) and Lana Vaughn (Jordan); her grandchildren, Clayton Laney and Emma Laney; and her siblings, James Shinall, Jr. (Katherine) and Karen Knuckles (Dewey). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren, friends.
