It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Colleen Collier (Cedar Bluff, Virginia), who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Elisha Rogers and Roxy Lorena Hughes Rogers; her son Danny Collier; and her sister Lois Adams. She is survived by : her son Jeff Collier (Jessica); her daughter-in-law Tammy Collier; her siblings, Ann Compton, Sherry Adair, Faye Thomas (Walter) and Jack Rogers (Gloria); her grandsons, Jonathan Collier, Daniel Collier and Josh Collier (Emily); and her great grandchild Russell Burns Collier.
