We bid farewell to June Elizabeth Salyers of Cedar Bluff, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 5, 2025 at the age of 87. June Elizabeth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hill and Bertha Totten Hill; her husband Bobby Arnold Salyers; and her son Farren Wayne Salyers. She is survived by: her children, Diane Salyers Sargent of Cedar Bluff, Karen Meadows of Bandy, Randy Salyers (Mary) of Bandy and Mark Salyers of Cedar Bluff, Virginia; her sisters, Doris Hill Hatfield of Tazewell, Edith Hill of Raven, Jo Salyers of Claypool Hill, Shelby Steele of Rocky Gap, Virginia Brothers (Bill Hill) and Claude Hill of Abbs Valley, Virginia; and her grandchildren, Adam Salyers, Greg Sargent, Barry Sargent, Melissa Meadows Harman, Brittany Meadows Sparks, Farren Wayne Salyers, Jr., Lucas Salyers, Ryleigh Salyers, Logan Harman and Bryce Harman.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home (1401 2nd St, Richlands, VA 24641). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
