He is survived by: his wife Christine Stilwell; his daughter-in-law Lisa Stilwell; his siblings, Tina Matney, Wilma Horn, Paula Rife (James), Dinah Owens, Bradley Stilwell (Bertha) and Andrew Stilwell; Chester Elkins and Ralph Horn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews also survive; special friends.
