She was predeceased by: her parents, Corbet Stiltner and Glade Breedlove Stiltner; her husband Robert Edward Simmons; and her brother William "Bill" Stiltner, Sr. (Nell). She is survived by: her daughter Tami Shepard (Danny); her sister Linda Matney (Kyle); her granddaughters, Lauren Harris (Van) and Samantha Shepard; and her great grandchildren, Hudsyn Lee Harris and Hadley James Harris.
