He is survived by : his mother Evelyn Davis Dales of Cedar Bluff, Virginia.; his daughter Jenny Koslow (Benjamin) of Bristol; his sisters, Carolyn Lowe (Tim) of North Tazewell and Marilyn Altizer (Tim) of Cedar Bluff, Virginia.; his brother-in-law Bobby Jones of Pounding Mill, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Lily Koslow, Audrey Koslow, Martin Koslow and Eli Ward; his nephews, Timothy Lowe of Tazewell, VA and Britt Altizer of Richmond, VA; his niece Nikki Elswick Jessee of Richmond, VA.; and his close friends, Norma Burke, Randy Elswick, Buddy Salyers and Sherry Deel.
