She is survived by: her children, Melissa Powers and Tivis Powers, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Marcelina Lawrence, Alexis Kaee Powers, Melissa Cheyenne Powers, Marin Elizabeth Powers and Michael Powers. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
