Matney; her children, Greta Karen Matney, Elaine Matney, Lois Jean Hirsch and Charlie Ray Matney, Jr.; and her siblings, Patty Stiltner, Elizabeth Shelton, Flora Bell Stiltner, May Horn, Hayes Horn, Ernest Horn, Ira Horn, John Horn, Ed Horn, Squire Horn and Harvey J. Horn.
She is survived by: her children, Moselle Hinkle (Carl) of Suffolk, VA, Frances Vance (Pete) of Cedar Bluff, VA, Dwana Cantrell (Darrell) of Cedar Bluff, VA, Peggy Simmons (Elmer) of Lancaster, SC and J. D. Matney (Marie) of Abingdon, VA; and her brothers, Ervin Horn of Raven, VA and Andrew Horn of Paintlick, VA.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
