It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil Lee Owens of Cedar Bluff, Virginia, who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Owens and Elsie Owens. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Dubon (Porf) and Janet Allen (C. K.); his grandchildren, Justin Short (Delilah) and Victoria Short; his great grandchild Thomas Wells; his siblings, Kay Stiltner, Gary Owens, David Owens (Tina) and Sam Owens (Shelia); and his siblings' children, Zach Owens, Ashley Hayes, Pam Deel and Mikie Owens.
