She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Rose and Claire Cochran Rose. She is survived by: her husband Michael Vance; her children, Celina M. Vance, Sheri L. Sheppard, Michael Raymond Vance, Jr. and Annabell M. Vance; and her brother Fred D. Rose. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
