He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Alice Jane Cantrell; his parents, Robert Horn and Eva Horn; and his brothers, Andrew Horn and Edward Horn.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Gary Horn, Jerry Horn, Kenny Horn, Geraldine Dye, Pauline Davidson, Bonnie Keen and Hester'Bootsie'Horn. He is also survived by many special friends, neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home (1401 2nd St, Richlands, VA 24641). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
