He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester Jarrell and Bertha Jarrell; his sister Trina Orrison; and his family Harlis. He is survived by : his wife Viola Jarrell; his daughter Alice Jarrell (Walter Jones, Jr.); and his siblings, Teresia Houff, Beverly Morris and Lester Jarrell, Jr..

Before the pandemic, Harlis and Viola visited Rikki's Refuge in Orange, Virginia on several occasions.

While no service will be held at this time, in lieu of flowers, please consider sending a contribution to Rikki's Refuge, P.O. Box 1357, Orange, VA 22960, in memoriam.
