He is survived by: his former wife Carmen Alvarado; his daughter Natalie Elizabeth Covell (Matthew Covell); his grandchildren, Lia Elizabeth Perry, Anthony Kadin Perry and Kalia Elizabeth Brontoli; his brothers, Gifford Paul Moak (Vicki Moak) and Richard Earl Moak; his nephews, Shawn Daily and G. Paul Moak, II; his niece Alexandra Hannah Moak; and his cousin Kathryn Bineau.
