He was predeceased by : his sisters, Katherine and Elizabeth Fowler; and his grandparents, Grace Irene, Hubert Fowler, Dorothy and John Hendrick.

He is survived by : his parents, Ronald Fowler and Barbara Fowler of Fairfax; and his siblings, Susan Fowler, Debra Brickwedel, Kenneth Fowler, Cynthia Youngblood, Steven Fowler, Christine Fowler, Michael Fowler, Jennifer D'Angelo, Heather Brown and Christopher Fowler.
