He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Shipp, Sr. and Eda Shipp. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Shipp; and his sister Hazel Staton (Joanne). He is also survived by three sons, two daughters, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one niece and one nephew.
