He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Brooke Underwood (Chad); his wife Martha Dowdy Holdsworth; his brother Charles Holdsworth (Teri); his uncles, Walter Holdsworth (Jean) and Bill Warren; his aunt Sandy Holdsworth; his siblings-in-law, Bailey Dowdy (Esther) and Arleen Allen (Joe); his nephews, Hunter Allen and Stephen Dowdy; his niece Christy Allen Masry (Brett); and his great-nephews, Finn, Coy and Callen Masry.
His final act of giving was organ donation, giving the gift of life to three others.
