She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Havener and Howard Havener; her brothers, Lonnie and Lee; and her daughter Sharon.
She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Kushner; her sons, Gary and Mark; her grandchildren, Dawn Marie (Johnathan Mason) and Jeffrey Scott (Alyssa Sunday); and her great grandchildren, Ellis, Nash and Aurora Rose. She is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
