She was predeceased by: her husband Ira Wayne Butler; her mother Ethel Sieg Giancaterino; and her uncle Arthur Rudolph Sieg. She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Butler Patterson and Tracy Butler Norman; her sons-in-law, Phillip Patterson and Joshua Norman; and her grandsons, Jack Patterson, William Patterson, Phillip Patterson, Mason Norman and Marshall Norman.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (9748 Copeland Dr, Manassas, VA 20109).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Elsie's memory.
