He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend James Watson Sr. and Eva Watson; and his siblings, Emily Watson, Hattie Varner Simmons and Robert Lee Watson.
He is survived by: his daughter LaRhonda (Ronnie) Morrow Drummond; and husband Jamon Drummond; his granddaughters, Ariana Gregg and Ava Drummond; his great grandchild Rowan Cobb; and his siblings, Vermell Brown and Thomas Watson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
