“Loretta was the first hairstylist who persuaded me to set appointments, rather than just walking in when I had a client cancellation. Over the 25 years in which she cut, colored, styled, and admonished my hair, she became a dear friend as well. She had a friendly manner which put everyone around her at ease, We shared a love of animals and gardens. When a client of mine expressed the desire to get rid of a cherub statue, i knew Loretta would enjoy it. I will miss her. Sincerely, Linda Bassert”
