With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Manuel Rodriguez (Chantilly, Virginia), born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on December 10, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Lee Saverino; and his siblings, Ralph Rodriguez (Delores), Joseph Michael Marquinez (Judy), Andrew Marquinez (Virginia), Arsenia Estevez (Robert), Shirley Blanco (Joseph) and Anita Suarez (Robert).
He is survived by: his sister Carmen Leon of Tampa, FL; his children, Troy John Rodriguez (Mary) of Georgetown, TX and Joan Lynn Rodriguez-Vogel (Michael Vogel) of Oak Hill, VA.; his grandchildren, Carmen, Daniel, Matthew, Rebecca (Pat), Amanda (Richard) and Kenneth; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Roccaforte (Rebecca), Aiden and Jaxson McNeelege (Amanda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Manuel's memory be made to the Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center in hopes that they can continue to save lives and cure cancer.
