With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Jane McClain of Chantilly, Virginia, who passed away on April 20, 2024 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norma Jane McClain to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Whitmer and Eva Whitmer (Matheny); and her sisters, Carol (Jim Burge) and Ann (Carl Jenkins). She is survived by : her sons, Robert (Gayla) and Kirk (Shawna); her grandchildren, Collin (Sabrina), Nathan (Erin), Elyssa (Jake Hendrix), Mollee and Caleb (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Nora, Eliza, Harvey and Zachary; and her cousin Wanda (Doug Thorpe). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fairfax Church of Christ (3901 Rugby Rd, Fairfax, VA 22033).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jane's honor to Camp Wamava, a Christian summer camp for youth.
