He was predeceased by: his parents, James Milton Weaver, Jr. (Fannie Ney Weaver) and Opal; and his brother James Milton Weaver III (JM). He is survived by: his children, Missy Weaver (Ron), Cyndi Jacobs (Larry) and Jon Weaver (Lisa); his grandchildren, Cara Benton (Greg), Lucas Jacobs (Nichole), Cathryn Jenkins (Jason), Hunter Weaver (Madia) and Mikayla Weaver (Conner); his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Marshall, Thomas Benton, Waylon, Ryleigh Jacobs, Thea Jenkins and Madilyn Weaver; and his sisters, Mary Sue Butler (Bunny) and Sharon Bernard (Claude). He is also survived by five nephews.
