He is survived by: his wife Sally Skeeters; his children, Amy Whelan (Shawn) of Ft Defiance, VA, Amanda Locker and Royal Palm Beach; his stepchildren, Jackson Miller (Alex) of Midlothian, VA and Melissa Miller (Matt Lesyk); and his sister Nancy Hughitt (Vincent Koch).
