He is survived by: his wife Francine Elizabeth Spradlin; his children, Elizabeth Marie Knarr (Tyler), Thomas, Luke and David Patrick Spradlin (Kinsey); his granddaughter Sadie; and his daughter Mary Grace Gingras (Ryan).
