She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Earl Hayes. She is survived by: her children, Kim Moyer (Kevin) and Phil Hayes; and her sisters, Patricia Schelhorn and Phyllis Penn (Bill). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
