She was predeceased by : her parents, George Brown and Ashton Brown; her sisters, Elsie Jones and Louise Jones; and her daughter Shirley Brown.
She is survived by : her sister Mary "Teenie" Wallace; her nieces, A. Diane Brown and Linda R. Brown; and her great grandchildren, Damario and Tahila. She is also survived by many other relatives, family and friends.
