It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Lowe of Charles City, Virginia, who passed away on May 21, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Phyllis' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Phyllis has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Lee Lowe; and her son James L. Lowe, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Sharon (Roger), Vickie, Ronnie, Steve (Amanda) and Richard. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
