He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Miller Sr. and Marie Shipley Miller; and his sister Jane Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Glenda L. Miller; his children, Mark Duran (Donna), Cheri Oliveri (John), John Vanderhider, Holly Washington (Marc), Stacy Birlin (Steve) and Thomas Miller III; his grandchildren, Lauren Oliveri, Anthony Oliveri (Zoe), Brookelyn Oliveri, Kenneth Birlin, Kaitlin Birlin, Connor Oliveri, Kaitlyn Oliveri and Landon Oliveri; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Aiden; his sisters, Linda Roberts (Bryan) and Pam Hugo (Dale); and his caregivers, Kathy, Michelle and Heather. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
