She was predeceased by: her parents, Warwick Friel and Virgie Friel; and her siblings, Mary, Forrest, Clarence, Ada and Charles.

She is survived by: her children, Wayne (Deborah), Diane (Rusty), Nancy (Larry) and Laura (Glenn). She is also survived by her four children, three grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
