Magruder, Jr. (Samantha); her grandchildren, Miguel G. Holmes, Jr., Tre'zhon C. Magruder, Zhy'yir L. Magruder, Ky'Shawn L. Magruder and Alysia Wiggins; her siblings, Pearl Harris, Gladys Saylor, Gwendolyn Gray (Percy), Thomasena Monroe and Carl Monroe (Pat); her brother-in-law Jerome Saylor "Swamp"; and her nieces and nephews, Miguel G. Holmes, Sr. and LaRue Wiggins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Zion Union Baptist Church (1015 Preston Ave, Charlottesville, VA 22903).
