He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Willoughby and Helen Willoughby of Charlottesville; his birth mother Lucille; his brothers, Roy Lee Paschall (Shirley) and Frank Paschall (Mary); and his great grandchild Brentley Workman.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hill Willoughby; his children, Andrew ‘’ Baker ‘’ Willoughby (Stacy) of Charlottesville, Micheal Willoughby (Pam) of Keswick and Stephanie Geer (Jeff) of Charlottesville; his grandchildren, Andrew, Leigha Willoughby, Anthony, Aaron, Alan Willoughby, Jamie Willoughby, Shawn Jenkins, Austin, Devin, Jayden Willoughby, Jessica Clements (Tootie), Tj Hoylman, Jeffery Geer Jr. and Christopher; and his siblings, Jimmy Paschall (Linda), Forrest Bolner, Linda Clark and Barbara Netzer (Jake).
