He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Smith Jackson and James Arthur Jackson; and his brother Darnell Jackson. He is survived by: his daughter JoyAna Weekly of Fairfax, Virginia; his siblings, Gloria Jackson of New Canton, Larry Jackson of Dillwyn, Gary Jackson of Dillwyn Virginia, Della Claiborne (Clarence) of Laurel, Velma Jackson of New Carrolton and Ricky Jackson (Jeannette) of New Carrolton, Maryland; and his close friend Faith Cabbell. He is also survived by uncles, an aunt, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Reid's Funeral Home (15317 N James Madison Hwy, Dillwyn, VA 23936). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
