She is survived by : her former life partner Jim Welch; her children, Steffan Clark Welch and Lisa Welch VanDyke; her son-in-law John VanDyke; her grandchildren, Samuel James VanDyke and Rachel Elaine McClain (Chance); and her great grandchild Patience McClain.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bel Air-McComas Family Funeral Home (50 W Broadway, Bel Air, MD 21014). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at the Bel Air Memorial Gardens (809 Rock Spring Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014).
