He was predeceased by: his son Cody Allen Pugh; his brother Kendall Pugh; and his cousin Christopher McDaniel. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Brooke Pugh of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania; his former wife Brandi Lyn Dalton; and his stepson Joseph Patrick Judge IV of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105, in honor of his son, Cody Allen Pugh.
