She was predeceased by: her significant other Eugene J. Baker (Gene); her parents, Andrew Winn Cobb Sr. and Virginia Herndon Cobb; her brother Andrew Winn Cobb Jr. (Jane); and her nephew Cecil Cobb.
She is survived by: her son Andrew L. Frame (Beth) of Charlottesville; her brother George Cobb (Barbara) of Fluvanna County; her nephew Jay Cobb (Angelina) of Waynesboro; her niece-in-law Tanya Cobb; and her great-nephew Tim Cobb.
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fork Union Memorial Cemetery (4218 James Madison Hwy, Bremo Bluff, VA 23055).
