He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Caddell and Mary Booker Caddell. He is survived by: his siblings, David Michael Caddell, Mary Cynthia Hewitt (Richard) and Laurie Booker Driver; his siblings' children, Caitlin Hewitt Schurtz (Jackson) and Richard Christopher Hewitt; and his brother Frank Rivera.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank.
