It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Damian Paul Martin of Charlottesville, Virginia, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 12, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his fathers, Jason Noble and Paul Martin; his siblings, Jude, Emmett and Georgia; his great-grandparents, Elliott McCourt, Erma Proffitt, LaDonna Schrank and Virginia Wills; his grandparents, Timothy, Laurie Martin, Lynne McCourt, Robert, Elizabeth Noble, Scott, Donna Proffitt, Troy, Linda Schrank and Stuart Smith; his aunts and uncles, Andy, Megan Banks, Shannon, Kristen Dean, Shawn, Nikki Kiger, Mel, Jen Mann, Caleb Martin, Jennifer Noble, Lance Proffitt, Joel Schrank, Alyssa Smith, Brendan Smith and Christa Smith; and his close friend Memphis Walker. He is also survived by many loving great-aunts and uncles, aunts and uncles, cousins, second cousins, teammates and friends.
