He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Earl Perkins Snoddy and Martha Mariah Snoddy (Miller); his siblings, Clyde, Dave Snoddy and Mildred Muth; and his grandson Jacob E. Baber.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Thomas Snoddy, Howard Snoddy (Patricia) and Heather Rogers (Matt); his sisters, Rachel Mays, Mary Cline, Carolyn Monger and Lisa Meyers; his siblings-in-law, Margaret Snoddy and Reverend John Muth; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Mariah, Henry Snoddy, Abigail, Will and Hunter Rogers. He is also survived by other extended family members including nieces, nephews, and friends.
