With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eldon A. Morris (Charlottesville, Virginia), who passed away on November 6, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alec Morris and Vernie Morris; and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Sue Houchens (Ben) of Crozet and Richie Morris (Jin) of Florida; his foster son Jeff Rosson of Charlottesville; his siblings, Mary Morris, Jenny Perkins, Ruth Morris, Betty Nosar, Judy Morris and Larry Morris; his grandchildren, Richard Morris (Meagan) of Colorado Springs, Samantha Halterman (Jeremy) of Waynesboro, Kori Morris of Charlottesville, Heather Franklin (James) of Crozet, Virginia Additionally and Sonny; and his great grandchildren, Lilliana, Boston Morris of Colorado Springs, Brooklyn, Brianna Franklin of Crozet, Virginia, Savannah Halterman of Waynesboro and Jaxson Anderson of Charlottesville.
In lieu of flowers, Sonny requested that donations be made to his treasured church, Brown's Cove United Methodist Church (mailing address: 4844 Fox Mountain Road, Crozet, VA 22932).
