She is survived by: her parents, Bill White and Amy White; her sister Sarah White; her grandparents, Patricia, David Ducharme (Grandma), Peter Jones and Louise Wilson (Nonna); and her aunt Jenn Ducharme.

Ember's mother Amy asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to support the HART (Human Services Alternative Response Team), who were called by first responders to be at her side and help her navigate the most difficult day of her life.
