He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Carr and Virginia Carr; his children, Kent Carr and Denise Morton; and his siblings, Eloise Bates, Virginia Gatewood, Wilbur, Charles and John.
He is survived by: his wife Cleo; his children, Dorothy Grimes (Dana) of Stafford, VA, David of Charlottesville, VA., Eugene J. of Charlottesville, VA. and Theodore (Dolores) of Charlottesville, VA.; his siblings, Dale (Jane), Blanche Gatewood, Gloria Byrd and Ida Poindexter (William); and his siblings-in-law, Ester Mae Wells of Pittsburg, PA, Deloris Coleman, Mary Coleman, Joyce Carter and William Coleman of Keswick, VA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-children, great-grand-children and other relatives and friends.
