He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Rea Marshall, Sr. and Reva Butler Marshall; his brother David Marshall; and his son Forrest Rea Marshall, III. He is survived by: his wife Donna White Marshall; his children, Kevin Marshall, Stefanie Marshall Harrington (Erik), Michelle Proffitt (Gregory) and Heather Nothstine (Doug); his grandchildren, Chandler Proffitt (Lydia Page), William Marshall, McKenna Harrington, Jessie Nothstine, Blake Harrington, Leah Nothstine and Christian Proffitt; and his close friend Bill Nitchman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Forrest's name to The Shriners for Children, Hospice of the Piedmont or UVA Heart and Vascular Center.
