He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Theodore Phillips, Jr. and Elizabeth Salter Phillips; and his sister Sara Chase. He is survived by: his wife Louise Phillips; his children, Jessicah Collins (Stephen) and Stephen Phillips (Debbie); his grandchildren, Nathan Phillips, Caroline Collins and Catherine Grace Collins; his siblings, Barbara Young (Stephen) and Richard Phillips (Kay); and his grandchildren, Christina, Justin and Brian. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.
